Cassarà Grillo Biologico Sicilia DOC 2020

White wine from organic Grillo grapes with a strew yellow color and green reflections. Rich and intense scent, with hints of ripe fruit and floral and mineral notes. Dry and fresh taste with a good aromatic persistence.
Alcohol 12,5% vol.
It is a harmonious and well-structured wine, with a sunny and fascinating personality. It goes well with light first courses, shellfish, smoked salmon and fish soups. Serve cool (10-12°C).
